Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the on14t platform, including the website at https://on14t.cam, all associated mobile interfaces, betting products, casino games, promotional features and customer support services (collectively referred to as the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or game stake, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with on14t's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use the Platform in any capacity. on14t reserves the right to refuse service to any individual, at its absolute discretion, without obligation to provide reasons.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "on14t", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the Platform at https://on14t.cam.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created on the Platform, through which deposits, wagers, withdrawals and other transactions are conducted.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by you on a sporting event, live market, casino game or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, deposit match amounts or other incentive balances credited to your account under a promotional offer.
• "Real Money Balance" refers to funds deposited by you directly and not arising from bonus credits.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and verification process on14t applies to accounts prior to authorising withdrawals or in response to regulatory obligations.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the primary display currency of the Platform.
• "Prohibited User" refers to any individual who is ineligible to hold an account under Section 3 of this Agreement.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on on14t, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the life of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf as a private individual, and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not already hold an existing account on the Platform. Only one account per individual is permitted.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, officer or director of on14t, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a citizen of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the Platform would be unlawful or restricted under applicable law.
• You have not previously had an account closed, suspended or terminated by on14t for violations of this Agreement.
• You have not self-excluded from the Platform or from gambling services generally under any active self-exclusion arrangement.

on14t reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension pending investigation.

When registering an account on on14t, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information as required by the registration form. You further agree to update this information promptly if it changes at any point after registration.

• All registration details — including your name, date of birth, residential address and email address — must be truthful and correspond to your actual identity.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. on14t will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.
• You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other individual to access or use your account.
• Any activity conducted through your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested, is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility.
• on14t reserves the right to verify your identity before activating your account, processing any withdrawal or granting access to promotional offers.

on14t accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum and maximum deposit amounts applicable to your account will be displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. These limits may vary by payment method and account status.

• Funds deposited into your on14t account must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• on14t may reference payment methods familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, as contextual guidance. These references do not constitute endorsement of, affiliation with, or a guarantee of availability of any specific payment provider.
• Cryptocurrency deposits, including BTC and USDT, may be available subject to the cashier terms in effect at the time of your deposit.
• on14t does not charge fees for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. on14t accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation. on14t is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• on14t reserves the right to reject any deposit it reasonably suspects to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering or breach of this Agreement.

All funds held in your on14t account are held as client funds and are not used by on14t for operating purposes. Deposited funds do not accrue interest.

You may request a withdrawal of your real money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in this section. Withdrawal requests are processed in the order in which they are received, subject to verification requirements.

• Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must have completed KYC verification to on14t's satisfaction. This includes, at minimum, submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of residential address.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. on14t reserves the right to require alternative methods where this is not feasible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. on14t will endeavour to process approved withdrawals promptly, but accepts no liability for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
• on14t reserves the right to carry out additional security checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where it has reasonable grounds to do so.
• If your account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse or breach of this Agreement, on14t may place a temporary hold on withdrawal processing pending the outcome of that investigation.

on14t may offer welcome bonuses, reload promotions, free bet credits, referral incentives and other promotional offers from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual terms in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Each promotion will specify its own eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement (where applicable), wagering requirement multiplier, eligible markets and time limits. These terms are stated in the individual promotion description and must be read before claiming any offer.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering requirements have been fulfilled.
• Unless otherwise stated, only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, device or registered account at any given time.
• on14t reserves the right to withdraw, amend or cancel any promotion at any time, including where it reasonably suspects that a promotion is being exploited or abused.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting using bonus funds, use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as stated in each promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account automatically without compensation.

All bets placed on on14t's sports book and other betting products are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market or event type. The following general rules apply to all wagers across the Platform:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed. on14t does not accept requests to cancel, amend or reverse a confirmed wager except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred.
• A manifest error refers to an obvious and unintentional error in the published odds, lines or event information. on14t reserves the right to void bets affected by manifest errors, irrespective of whether the bet has been settled.
• In-play (live) wagers are accepted subject to the specific live betting rules applicable to each sport and market. Bets placed after the relevant event or market has concluded will be voided.
• All cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral Pakistan series — are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. Abandoned matches and those affected by weather or other external factors are settled per the applicable event rules.
• on14t reserves the right to suspend any market at any time prior to settlement, including where it suspects irregular wagering patterns or where information material to the market outcome is in doubt.
• Maximum stake limits apply per event and per account. These limits may differ between users based on account history and risk assessment at on14t's absolute discretion.
• on14t is not responsible for wagers placed on incorrect markets, at incorrect stakes or under misunderstood terms. You are responsible for reviewing your bet slip before confirming any wager.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. on14t reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account engaged in prohibited conduct and to void any associated bets or balances:

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using the Platform if you are under the minimum eligible age.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any other automated tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual wagering activity.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting, or any systematic exploitation of promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the offer.
• Colluding with other users to fix outcomes, share information for financial advantage, or otherwise manipulate the integrity of betting markets.
• Depositing funds derived from fraudulent, illegal or criminal activity, including but not limited to money laundering.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a restricted jurisdiction using VPN, proxy services or similar obfuscation tools.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening or discriminatory conduct toward on14t staff or other users.

on14t cooperates with relevant authorities and may report suspected criminal conduct, including money laundering and fraud, to appropriate bodies as required by applicable law or at its own discretion.

on14t is committed to providing responsible gambling tools and resources to all registered adult users. Gambling should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of financial or personal distress.

• Deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits and reality-check reminders are available to all account holders at any time via account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available on request. Self-excluded accounts will be closed for a minimum period as specified at the time of exclusion. During this period, on14t will use reasonable technical measures to prevent access.
• on14t encourages users to set personal limits consistent with their financial circumstances. Gambling with funds you cannot afford to lose is strongly discouraged.

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of on14t or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without on14t's prior written consent.
• The on14t name, logo and all associated marks are the exclusive property of the operator. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.
• Any feedback, suggestions or ideas you submit to on14t may be used by on14t without obligation to compensate you or maintain confidentiality.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, on14t and its affiliates, officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

• on14t does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• on14t is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of gambling activity conducted on the Platform, whether arising from wagers, bonuses or any other betting or gaming product.
• on14t is not liable for any loss or damage arising from network outages, third-party payment processor delays, device malfunctions or any other factor outside its reasonable control.
• Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits on14t's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited under applicable law.

You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you accept that risk entirely when placing any wager or game stake on the Platform.

on14t reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, on14t will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered users by posting a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your account.

• Continued use of the Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your account. Outstanding real money balances will be returned to you following completion of applicable KYC and withdrawal processes.
• The date shown in the "Last updated" notice at the top of this page reflects when the current version of the Terms & Conditions was published.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which on14t is incorporated and licensed to operate. These laws may differ from the laws of Pakistan.

• If you have a complaint about any aspect of the Platform or your account, you should contact our support team in the first instance at [email protected]. on14t will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly.
• Where a complaint cannot be resolved through support channels, it may be referred to the applicable dispute resolution body under on14t's operating licence, details of which are available upon request.
• Nothing in this clause affects any statutory rights you may have under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions were last updated in January 2026 and supersede all previous versions of the on14t Terms & Conditions.
